Butterscotch Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 c. coconut or possibly minced nuts
  • 1 c. butterscotch chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Bring butter and sugar to a boil. After this mix has cooled, but not stiff, drop in Large eggs and beat well. Add in dry ingredients sifted together and mix well. Add in vanilla, coconut or possibly nuts, and chips. Spread in a greased 15 1/2x10 1/2x1-inch cookie sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven till golden brown or possibly approximately 25 min. When cold, cut into bars and let set a few min before removing.
