Butternut/Sweet Potato Kugel
Ingredients
- 2 x Sweet potatos
- 1 lrg Butternut kugel
- 4 lrg Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Sugar, ( taste to check if desired it sweet) (up to 1/3)
- 1 c. Flour
- 2 x Riches parve cream
- 1 Tbsp. Parve margarine
- 3 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 x Rounded tsp. baking pwdr
Directions
- Peel and cook both vegs until soft in a small amount of water. Drain off water,cold and place in a processor with all the other ingriedence, process until smooth. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake in a square or possibly oblong glass dish which has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Cover with foil lightly. 160c for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours until the centre is no longer soft.
