    A great desert,not too sweet,just right!!!

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
    • 1 1/2 cups sugar
    • 3 tablespoons flour
    • 3 eggs,beaten
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 cup butter-milk
    • 1 deep dish pie shell

    Directions

    1. 1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees
    2. 2 Beat the butter & sugar together till light
    3. 3 Add eggs & beat~~then beat in vanilla
    4. 4 Stir the dry ingredients together & add the batter alternatively with butter milk, beat till smooth
    5. 5 Pour batter into pie shell & bake @ 400 degrees for 10 minutes,reduce heat to 350 degrees & bake another 50-60 minutes
    6. 6 Pie should turn a golden brown,& a knife inserted should come out clean.
    7. ENJOY!!
