Buttermilk Pie

- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 eggs,beaten
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup butter-milk
- 1 deep dish pie shell
Directions
- 1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 2 Beat the butter & sugar together till light
- 3 Add eggs & beat~~then beat in vanilla
- 4 Stir the dry ingredients together & add the batter alternatively with butter milk, beat till smooth
- 5 Pour batter into pie shell & bake @ 400 degrees for 10 minutes,reduce heat to 350 degrees & bake another 50-60 minutes
- 6 Pie should turn a golden brown,& a knife inserted should come out clean.
