  • 2 lrg Rribeye steak
  • 4 ounce Good seasons italian dressing
  • 2 x Habanero peppers dry
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt


  1. Make italian dressing, set aside. In a small saucepan boil water and blanch (2 minutes.) the habaneros. Remove and cut off stems. remove seeds from one pepper but save seeds from one of the peppers. Place peppers in a blender and add in all remaining ingredients. Blend well. Coat steaks generously. Marinate for 3-4 hrs. Grill over warm charcoal fire.
  2. Look out warm.
