    Ingredients

    • 1/2 c. warm cayenne pepper sauce
    • 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    • 4 x kaiser rolls halved horizontally
    • 1 c. shredded iceberg lettuce
    • 1/2 c. blue cheese dressing

    Directions

    1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the warm sauce in a shallow dish. Completely coat the chicken breasts with the warm sauce.
    2. Grill the chicken for 6 to 7 min per side, or possibly till no pink remains.
    3. Top the bottom halves of the rolls with the shredded lettuce, the grilled chicken, then the dressing. Replace the tops of the rolls and serve.
    4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
    5. Comments: For spicier chicken, add in a few drops of warm pepper sauce to the cayenne pepper sauce.
