  • Buffalo Turkey Wings

    Ingredients

    • 4 x Turkey wings, about 5 lbs
    • 3/4 c. All purpose flour
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper Vegetable Oil
    • 6 Tbsp. Butter, melted
    • 2 Tbsp. Distilled white vinegar
    • 2 Tbsp. Warm red pepper sauce

    Directions

    1. Cut off wing tips; reserve for other use. Cut wing into 2 pcs at joint.
    2. Combine flour, salt and cayenne pepper on a plate. Dust wings in flour mix, shaking off excess. Heat 1-1/2 inches of oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add in wings in single layer and fry, turning once, till browned, 10 min; drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining wings.
    3. Combine butter, vinegar, and warm pepper sauce. Place wings in a large baking pan; drizzle on sauce over wings. Bake in 375 oven, 1 hour, basting 4 or possibly 5 times, turning once, till wings are browned.
    4. Serves 4
