Ingredients

  • 1 can (4oz) small shrimp
  • 2 x Sliced green onions
  • 1/4 c. Warm salsa
  • 1/4 c. Light lowfat sour cream
  • 8 slc White bread Or possibly
  • 4 x Tortillas

Directions

  1. Drain shrimp. Rinse with cool water. Pat dry with paper towel. Finely chop shrimp and mix with green onions, salsa and lowfat sour cream. Trim crusts from bread. Spread each with 2T filling. Or possibly spread tortillas with 1/4c filling each. Roll up tightly. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill for at least 30 min or possibly overnight. Slice each bread roll into 6 pcs or possibly tortillas into 8 pcs
