Buckwheat Pancakes

- 1 cup Buckwheat flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Tbsp. Palm Sugar or use Evaporated Cane Juice
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl then add wet ingredients. Blend well, make sure no lumps are present. Pour about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake on hot lightly greased griddle or skillet.
