  • Bubba’s Ronco BBQ Rotisserie Johnsonville Brats

    Ingredients

    • Johnsonville Brats – Original Bratwurst - Thawed
    • Dipping sauce;
    • Yellow Mustard
    • BBQ sauce, your choice
    • Hot Sauce, optional, your choice
    • Maple Syrup

    Directions

    1. Rinse brats off, pat dry.
    2. Place in basket.
    3. Secure lid well.
    4. Cook for 20 minutes or so.
    5. Make sure temperature is at least 160ºF or higher.
    6. Remove brats.
    7. Allow them to rest for 5 minutes.
    8. Dipping sauce;
    9. Mix mustard, bbq sauce, hot sauce and syrup together to taste.
    10. Serve brats with sauce.
