Brussels Sprouts With Sun Dried Tomato
Ingredients
- 3 lb Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and cooked
- 1/2 c. Sun-Dry Tomato Halves In Oil, sliced thin
- 1/2 c. Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x Garlic Cloves
- 3 tsp Sugar Tabasco Sauce, to taste
- 4 x Green Onions, minced
- 1/2 c. Fresh Parsley, chopped
Directions
- Toss all ingredients together and serve chilled.
- NOTES : I most recently served this at an engagement party in February 1998. It was a big hit and I had many requests for the recipe.
