Bruschetta "my way"

- 1/2 bunch chopped parsley.
- 4 sticks of finely sliced green onions
- 2 de-seeded small/medium tomatoes
- 1 cup crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup sliced Black Olives.
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 table spoons EV Olive Oil
Directions
- Mix everythiing well in a bowl and place on your favorite bread. Pre-heat oven 425 degrees and leave in oven until golden brown or desired crispness. TIP: slice bread and bake until slightly crispy remove and place mix on top to avoid soggyness bake until ingridients are cooked.(Approx 8-12 minutes)
