    Great for an anytime snack; Breakfast,Brunch,Tea time,Light dinner anything is great with this!! Simple easy to make.

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 bunch chopped parsley.
    • 4 sticks of finely sliced green onions
    • 2 de-seeded small/medium tomatoes
    • 1 cup crumbled Feta Cheese
    • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    • 1/2 cup sliced Black Olives.
    • 2 whole eggs
    • 2 table spoons EV Olive Oil

    Directions

    1. Mix everythiing well in a bowl and place on your favorite bread. Pre-heat oven 425 degrees and leave in oven until golden brown or desired crispness. TIP: slice bread and bake until slightly crispy remove and place mix on top to avoid soggyness bake until ingridients are cooked.(Approx 8-12 minutes)
