    COOK THE RICE AHEAD OF TIME IN RICE COOKER AND DIVIDE BY THE CUP STORING IN GLASS JARS IN THE FREEZER. WHEN READY TO USE THAW IN HOT WATER. PREP. TIME 1/2 HOUR

    Ingredients

    • 2 CUPS ORGANIC COOKED BROWN RICE
    • 1 TBSP. ORGANIC OLIVE OIL
    • 4 ORGANIC GARLIC CLOVES, PRESSED OR CHOPPED FINE
    • 1/2 CUP ORGANIC CHOPPED ONIONS
    • 2 ORGANIC EGGS, BEATEN
    • 1/3 CUP ORGANIC WALNUTS, FINELY GROUND INTO MEAL.
    • 1-1/2 CUPS ORGANIC BREAD CRUMBS, OR MORE IF NEEDED.
    • 1 TBSP. BRAGG LIQUID AMINOS
    • 1/4 TEAS. SEA SALT
    • 1 TEAS. ORGANIC ONION POWDER
    • 2 TBSP. NUTRITIONAL YEAST FLAKES
    • 2 TBSP. ORGANIC GROUND FLAX SEED MEAL
    • 2 TBSP. ORGANIC GROUND TOASTED SESAME SEEDS
    • 2 TBSP. ORGANIC OLIVE OIL

    Directions

    1. COOK RICE IN THE RICE COOKER.
    2. SAUTE GARLIC AND ONIONS IN OLIVE OIL.
    3. IN A MEDIUM BOWL, COMBINE RICE, SAUTEED GARLIC & ONIONS.
    4. COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL WITH HANDS.
    5. HEAT 1 - 2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL IN A SKILLET
    6. USING A SMALL SCOOP, FORM RICE MIXTURE INTO BALLS.
    7. PLACE IN THE SKILLET WITH HEATED OLIVE OIL, COOK 3 TO 5 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE, TURNING WHILE COOKING UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
