Ingredients

  • 1 c. Chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. Orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar, (optional)
  • 1 1/2 c. Minute Instant Brown Rice
  • 1/2 c. Fresh cranberries
  • 2 Tbsp. Sliced almonds, toasted

Directions

  1. Bring broth, orange juice and sugar to boil. Stir in rice and cranberries.
  2. Return to boil. Reduce heat; cover. Simmer 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Stir in almonds.
  3. Makes 2 1/2 c..
