Brown Rice And Black Bean Salad
- 2 c. Brown Rice Cooked
- 1 c. Black Beans Cooked
- 1/2 c. Red Onions diced
- 1/2 c. nonfat Italian Salad Dressing
- 1/4 tsp Basil
- Combine all ingredients and stir gently. Chill at least 3 hrs before serving. Serve on a bed of spinach or possibly lettuce.
