Broiled Walleye Or Bass
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Lemon juice
- 1/4 c. Lime juice
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1/4 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp Freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Dill weed
- 1 1/2 lb Walleye or possibly bass fillets
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except fish and mix well. Place fillets in a large ziplock bag and pour the marinading mix over them. Push out air and seal the bag. Chill for at least 3 hrs, turning the bag over midway.
- Spray the broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Remove the fillets from marinade and place them on the pan. Broil for 8 to 10 min, till fish is hard and opaque, and easy to flake with fork.
