Ingredients

  • 3 lrg Ripe hard tomatoes, sliced about 1/2" thick
  • 4 ounce Feta cheese
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Minced marjoram Fruity extra virgin olive oil Freshly grnd pepper

Directions

  1. REHEAT BROILER. Overlap the tomatoes in a large baking dish. Crumble the cheese over them, add in half the marjoram and drizzle oil over the top. Place the dish a few inches below the heat source and broil till the cheese is melted and starting to color, about 7 min.
