Broccoli Salad Weight Watchers
- 1 c. minced broccoli
- 1 teaspoon bacon bits (imitation)
- 1 tbsp. raisins
- 2 teaspoon reduced salad dressing
- 1 pkg. sweetener
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- Put broccoli in serving bowl, combine raisins, mayonnaise, sweetener, vinegar and onions. Mix well and combine broccoli. Add in bacon bits over salad, toss lightly and serve.
- Each serving is equal to: 2 servings vegetable, 1 tbsp. limited vegetable, 1 fat, 1 fruit, 1 extra.
