I had to eliminate the sugar and dried cranberries and replaced it with red pepper, jalapeno, and Swerve for sweet. This Keto Broccoli Salad is sure to become your most favorite salad recipe this summer! This revised summertime favorite recipe cured my craving as well as satisfied my addiction to that sweet heat that I love so much! You know how hard it can be to go to any gathering where it is potluck style. You just don’t know what other people are putting in their recipes, unless you know them really well and know what kind of diets they follow (if any!). This salad just made your dining away from home life easier! This is really easy to make the night before and even easier if you buy the pre-cooked bacon. The most time it takes to put this recipe together is what time it takes to clean and chop your veggies. With this combination of ingredients, you will never miss the sugar or the dried cranberries. The salty, crisp cooked bacon, cheese, sweet and hot peppers bring together that satisfaction that will make this your new favorite summer dish! I like to make this the day before we are actually going to eat it. That doesn’t guarantee I will be able to keep my spoon out of the bowl though. It is that addicting!
