Broccoli Rice Cheese Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Minute rice
- Water
- 1 (10 ounce.) minced broccoli, frzn and cooked
- 1 (8 ounce.) Velveeta cheese
- 1 1/2 stick butter, softened
Directions
- Pour mushroom soup in a bowl, add in 1 can of minute rice and 1 can of water. Fold in rest of the ingredients. Place in 2 qt casserole or possibly a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 30-45 min on 350 degrees.
