Broccoli, Potatoes And Onions, East Indian Style
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seeds
- 1/2 x inch fresh ginger, grated
- 1 x onion, cut into thin wedges
- 2 x potato, cooked, and, cut into wedges
- 1 head broccoli, minced
- 1 x red pepper, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 handf cilantro, minced
Directions
- Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Add in the mustard seeds and ginger and cook till the mustard seeds start to pop. Add in the onion and cook for 2 min. Add in the potatoes, broccoli, peppers and salt and cook for 3-4 min. Top with cilantro and serve.
