Ingredients

  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 (8 ounce.) vanilla or possibly non-fat yogurt
  • 1 c. fresh, strawberries or possibly blueberries
  • 2 tbsp. wheat germ
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Whirl in blender till smooth.
