Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 (8 ounce.) vanilla or possibly non-fat yogurt
- 1 c. fresh, strawberries or possibly blueberries
- 2 tbsp. wheat germ
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Whirl in blender till smooth.
