Breakfast (Or Anytime) Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/3 - 1/2 c. vanilla lowfat yogurt
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1 banana, chunked
- About 8 frzn (or possibly fresh) strawberries, or possibly equivalent of raspberries, thawed
Directions
- Blend till smooth in electric blender or possibly hand-held blender.
