Breaded Round Steak
Ingredients
- 2 c. Bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Romano cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Parsley, chopped
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 x Green onions, minced fine
- 1 med Sized round steak
- 2 med Irish potatoes, sliced Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut steak in small pcs. Salt and pepper the steak. Mix together onions, garlic, parsley, cheese and bread crumbs. Dip meat in beaten Large eggs and then roll in bread crumb mix. Put meat in a greased pan, cover with foil; bake in a 300 degree oven. When meat is almost done, put sliced potatoes over the meat, salt and pepper and recover with foil. Bake till both meat and potatoes are tender, about 1 hour.
- Serves 5 to 6.
