Breaded Chicken Strips
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. 1% lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Honey
- 1/8 tsp Warm pepper sauce
- 1 1/2 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast halves, (cut in 1" strips)
- 1 c. Kellogg's Corn Flake Crumbs
- 1/4 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1/4 tsp Dry thyme
- 1/4 tsp Dry tarragon
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper

- Combine lowfat milk, honey & warm pepper sauce. Add in chicken strips & marinate at least 10 min.
- Combine cornflakes, ginger, thyme, tarragon & cayenne. Dip the chicken strips into the cornflake mix.
- Place the chicken on a jelly roll pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 400 F for 10 - 15 min till crispy. Serve with blue cheese dressing, if you like.
