Bread Pudding Flan
Ingredients
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 7 slices bread, trimmed
- 4 Large eggs
- 5 tbsp. sugar
- 2 ounce. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Cook lowfat milk, sugar and butter till butter is melted. Add in bread in small pcs, vanilla and Large eggs. Put in a blender till like lowfat milk shake. Grease a Pyrex pan, pour the fold in and bake it for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
