Bread Dressing With Pork Sausage
Ingredients
- 2 to 3 loaves bread, broken and dry
- 2 pound pork sausage, seasoned with sage
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 c. minced celery
- Water
Directions
- Mix till semi-dry, not pasty; bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs covered (uncover the last 30 min).
