Ingredients

  • 225 gm Fresh boysenberries
  • 100 gm Caster sugar Half a lemon, juice of

Directions

  1. 1 Whiz the boysenberries in a liquidiser or possibly food processor till completely smooth. Sieve into a bowl to get rid of the hard pips.
  2. Stir in the sugar, lemon juice and 150ml/ 1/4 pint of water.
  3. 2 Put in a plastic container and place in the freezer for three hrs, stirring twice till the mix is made up of large crystals but is not completely frzn.
