    Ingredients

    • 2 sqr unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
    • 1/2 c. Unsalted butter, softened
    • 1 c. Granulated sugar
    • 2 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
    • 1/2 c. Flour
    • 1 c. Walnuts, minced
    • 1/2 c. Homemade Boysenberry jam, lightly beaten

    Directions

    1. This is one of my favorite recipes. It's incredibly easy to make, and it's sinfully delicious. A caveat: if you should use a store-bought jam instead of homemade, you will be struck by lightening.
    2. Heat chocolate. Cream the butter and sugar. Add in the beaten Large eggs and blend well, then gradually stir in the cooled chocolate. Add in the flour, and stir to mix. Stir in the walnuts.
    3. Put the batter into a buttered 9" pan. Drop teaspoonfuls of the jam at random on top of the batter. Then swirl the jam with a fork to incorporate it into the batter. Bake at 350 for 25 min or possibly till toothpick inserted comes out almost clean; don't overbake.
