Bourbon Balls
Holiday or special occasion cookie Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon cocoa
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
- 2 teaspoon light corn syrup
- 2 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup broken pecans
- To roll dough in later:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Directions
- Sift together first two ingredients. Combine and stir in bourbon whiskey and corn syrup. Add and mix thoroughly the wafers and pecans. Roll mixture into small balls. Dredge in the 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
