Bourbon Baked Beans
Ingredients
- 4 (16 ounce.) cans Boston Baked Beans
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 c. bottled chili sauce
- 1 tbsp. molasses
- 1/2 c. brewed strong coffee
- 1 (16 ounce.) can crushed pineapple (liquid removed)
- 4 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. bourbon
Directions
- Combine beans (with liquid), mustard, chili sauce, molasses, coffee, pineapple, brown sugar and bourbon in a crockpot. Mix well. Cook on low 6 to 8 hrs. Remove lid 30 min before serving and turn on high to steam off excess liquid. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
