Blueberry Oatmeal Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp. butter
- 2/3 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1 egg white
- 1 c. blueberries
- 1/4 c. oatmeal
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. sugar
Directions
- Heat butter. In small bowl combine lowfat milk, egg white and berries with butter. In separate bowl combine dry ingredients; mix well, add in lowfat milk mix to dry ingredients; mix well. Lightly coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 c. batter on warm skillet. Cook till bubbles; turn. Each pancake has only 69 calories.
