BLUEBERRY BUNDT CAKE
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 3 1/2 Cups Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 4 Cups Fresh Blueberried
- 1 Cup Milk
Directions
- 1. Allow butter and eggs to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- 2. Grease a 10 inch bundt pan
- 3. In a large bowl add flour, baking powder and salt.
- 4. In a large mixing bowl beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until mixture is smooth.
- 5. Beat in eggs.
- 6. Stir blueberries into flour mixture.
- 7. By hand, stir blueberry mixture into butter sauce.
- 8. Stir in milk.
- 9. Spread batter into pan.
- 10. Bake in a 325 oven for 60 to 75 minutes.
- 11. Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes.
- 12, Remove from pan.
