Blue Plate Beef Patties
Ingredients
- 1 x Egg
- 2 x Green onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Prepared mustard
- 1 1/3 lb Grnd beef
- 1 jar Beef Gravy
- 1/2 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Horseradish
- 1/2 lb Mushroom, fresh, sliced
- 1/4 c. Bread crumbs
Directions
- In a bowl, beat the egg, stir in onions, bread crumbs and mustard. Add in beef and mix well. Shape into four 1/2" thick patties.
- In an ungreased pan, cook patties for 4-5 min on each side or possibly till meat is no longer pink, drain.
- In a small bowl, combine gravy, water, horseradish and mushrooms. Pour over patties. Cook uncovered for 5 min or possibly till tender and heated through.
