Very good dish. Excellent over dry rice with any type of fresh vegetables.
Blue is fishy, but I just add about a tablespoon of garlic sauce or a couple of fresh garlic cloves to tone down the fishiness.... Enjoy!

Blue Fish Baked
Ingredients
- 1 lg. fish
- 2 green peppers (minced)
- 2 onions (minced)
- 2 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 celery, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Black pepper
- 4 peeled tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon corn oil
- Side order of rice
Directions
- Saute/fry pepper, onion, and celery in corn oil. Place fish in baking dish. Add in lemon juice, salt and pepper. Chop tomatoes and layer on top. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 35 min. Serve on bed of rice.
