Blue Cheese Cake
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. cheese crackers, crushed to dust
- 16 ounce. cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounce. blue cheese
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. med. salsa
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. green onions, minced
- 1/2 c. walnuts, minced
Directions
- Butter an 8 inch springform pan and sprinkle bottom and sides with the cracker dust. Blend the cheeses, Large eggs, flour, salt, lowfat sour cream and salsa. Mix in onions; pour mix into pan and sprinkle with walnuts. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
- Cold and refrigerateovernight. Garnish with parsley and/or possibly other garnishes. Serve at room temperature on crackers, if you like.
