Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, chilled
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened soy, hemp, or almond milk

Directions

  1. Peel and chop the mango and place in a food processor or high-powered blender.
  2. Add the spinach and half the lettuce.
  3. Blend until well combined.
  4. Add the milk and remaining lettuce.
  5. Blend until creamy.
