  • Black Olive Cheese Roll

    Ingredients

    • 8 ounce Creamed cheese
    • 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
    • 1 ounce Blue cheese
    • 1 Tbsp. Garlic pwdr
    • 4 ounce Butter
    • 1 Tbsp. Grnd black pepper
    • 1/4 c. Chopped celery
    • 1 Tbsp. Paprika
    • 1/4 c. Chopped green pepper
    • 1 Tbsp. Celery leaves
    • 8 x Pit'd black olives chopped or possibly
    • 2 Tbsp. Chopped parsley Cocktail crackers of choice Thin slices of cocktail pumpernickel bread
    • 2 tsp Soy sauce

    Directions

    1. Mash the cheeses with a fork. Add in the butter (softened to room temp) and mix well. Add in the vegetables, olives, mayonnaise, soy sauce, parsley, garlic pwdr and pepper to taste. (I used 1 mashed clove of garlic instead of the garlic pwdr). Mix thoroughly. Spoon into a 1-quart. freezer container. Label and freeze..
    2. Serves 10 - 15 people To Use: Thaw inrefrigerator for 24 hrs. Whip mix with fork or possibly wire whisk and shape it on a serving platter into a log or possibly roll. Score the top with fork and sprinkle with paprika. Surround with celery leaves or possibly sprigs of parsley and serve with crackers or possibly thin pumpernickel bread.
