Black Eyed Peas And Barley Pilaf
Ingredients
- 2 c. Frzn peas thawed
- 3/4 c. Quick cooking barley
- 1/4 c. Parsley minced
- 1/4 c. Onion minced
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 15 ounce black-eyed peas cooked
- 14 1/2 ounce Vegetable broth
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in large skillet or possibly saucepan. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15-20 min or possibly till barley is tender.
