Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. minced red onion
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh mint
  • 1 pkt Athenos Crumbled Feta Cheese with Garlic & Herb - (4 ounce)
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
