Black Bean Dip 2
Ingredients
- 1 can (11 ounce) condensed black bean soup
- 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. Chopped onion
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 4 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley, for garnish Corn chips or possibly crackers, for accompaniment
Directions
- In a medium bowl mash soup. Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley.
- Cover and refrigeratefor 1 hour. Spoon into a serving bowl. Garnish with parsley. Serve with corn chips or possibly crackers.
