Ingredients
15 ounce Canned black beans, rinsed & liquid removed
1 1/2 c. Minced celery
1/4 c. Minced green omons
1/4 c. Minced cilantro
1 1/2 c. Medium warm salsa
12 ounce Mexicorn, liquid removed
1/4 c. Red wine vinegar dressing
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Chill (overnight is best). Serve with chicken, BBQ, etc.
