Ingredients

  • 15 ounce Canned black beans, rinsed & liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 c. Minced celery
  • 1/4 c. Minced green omons
  • 1/4 c. Minced cilantro
  • 1 1/2 c. Medium warm salsa
  • 12 ounce Mexicorn, liquid removed
  • 1/4 c. Red wine vinegar dressing

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Chill (overnight is best). Serve with chicken, BBQ, etc.
