Black Bean And Salsa Salad
Ingredients
- 15 ounce Canned black beans, rinsed & liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. Minced celery
- 1/4 c. Minced green omons
- 1/4 c. Minced cilantro
- 1 1/2 c. Medium warm salsa
- 12 ounce Mexicorn, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. Red wine vinegar dressing
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Chill (overnight is best). Serve with chicken, BBQ, etc.
