However, summer is upon us, and since even England is reluctantly warming up, it calls for colourfully fresh outdoor dining. This salsa, made with corn, black beans and tomatoes, is something that appears on our table any season of the year but tastes best in the summer when the tomatoes are ripe and flavourful. What ingredients are in Black Bean and Corn Salsa? You can also substitute chickpeas or any other beans for black beans.  Another tip to elevate the flavour of this simple Mexican salsa recipe is to use grilled corn instead of the canned variety.   Black bean and corn salad serving suggestions You can use this corn and bean salsa as a filling for your tacos, burritos and fajitas.
