Bistro Chicken Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked penne pasta
- 1 c. quartered cherry tomatoes
- 1 pkt Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese (4 ounce)
- 1/2 c. prepared Good Seasons Honey Mustard or possibly Gourmet Caesar Salad Dressing
- 1/3 c. fresh basil leaves - (lightly packed) cut into strips
- 1/4 c. minced red onion
- 1/4 c. minced sun-dry tomatoes
- 1 pkt Louis Rich Carving Board Grilled Chicken Breast Strips - (6 ounce)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except chicken. Top pasta mix with chicken. Serve hot or possibly chilled.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
