Ingredients

  • 8 ounce. cut up cooked vegetables
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • Dash of garlic pwdr
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. Bisquick
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch quiche/pie plate. Sprinkle vegetables and cheese in plate. Beat other ingredients till smooth. Pour over vegetables. Bake 30-35 min. Cold 5 min before cutting and serving.
