Ingredients

  • 1 c. Coconut lowfat milk
  • 2 1/3 Tbsp. Walnut oil or possibly vegetable oil
  • 2 1/3 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1/2 x Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 c. Whole-wheat flour
  • 3/4 c. Rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 c. Bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Active dry yeast
  • 1/3 c. Cherries, bing, dry
  • 1/3 c. Coconut flakes
  • 3 Tbsp. Almonds, sliced
  • 1 1/3 c. Coconut lowfat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Walnut oil or possibly vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 x Egg
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Whole-wheat flour
  • 1 c. Rolled oats
  • 2 c. Bread flour
  • 2 tsp Active Dry Yeast
  • 1/2 c. Cherries, Bing -- dry
  • 1/2 c. Coconut Flakes
  • 1/4 c. Almonds -- sliced

Directions

  1. Add in cherries, coconut and almonds at the beep or possibly appropriate time for your machine. CYCLE: sweet, white; no timer SETTING: light to medium
  2. NOTES : Make sure you use coconut lowfat milk and not cream of coconut.
