Ingredients
- 4 CUPS GRATED CABBAGE
- 1 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
- 1/2 TEASPOON DRY MUSTARD
- PINCH SUGAR
- 3 TABLESPOONS VINEGAR (OR MORE IF NEEDED)
- 2 TABLESPOONS COMMERCIAL SOUR CREAM
- 2 TABLESPOONS MAYONNAISE
Directions
- GRATE CABBAGE
- ADD SALT AND MIX THOROUGHLY
- MIX MUSTARD, SUGAR AND VINEGAR TOGETHER
- ADD TO CABBAGE
- COMBINE SOUR CREAM AND MAYONNAISE AND OTHER INGREDIENTS
- CHECK SEASONINGS AND CHILL THOROUGHLY
