  • Better Than Spinach Dip: Grecian Spinach Square

    Ingredients

    • 1 pkt KNORR Vegetable Soup Mix (40 gr.)
    • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
    • 1 pkt frzn minced spinach
    • 1 can artichoke hearts (4 ounce.)
    • 1 can water chestnuts
    • 2 pkt Pillsbury Crescent rolls
    • 4 ounce Feta cheese Garlic clove (crushed)
    • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. 1) Spread crescent rolls on cookie sheet and roll to cover pan. Bake 12 min in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven
    2. 2. Mix mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, and soup mix together
    3. 3. Chop artichoke hearts and water chestnuts. Add in to mayo mix.
    4. 4. Grate Feta cheese. Add in to mix.
    5. 5. Drain spinach and add in to mix.
    6. 6. Add in garlic to mix and mix well.
    7. 7. Spread mix over the baked crescent roll and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    8. 8. Bake in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 15 min.
    9. 9. Cut into squares and serve hot.
    10. This is a bit like spinach dip but much easier to make and eat.
