Best Ever Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients
- 6 bell peppers
- 1/2 pound grnd meat
- 1/2 pound pork sausage
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/2 c. celery, minced
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, minced
- 2 toes garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon creole seasoning
- 2 c. cooked yellow rice
Directions
- Clean and parboil peppers. Brown meat and sausage in skillet. Remove. Saute/fry onion, celery, and pepper till tender. Add in rice, garlic and seasoning. Stuff peppers. Place in baking pan with a 1/4 c. water. Cover pan with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour.
